You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.

  • Can I pay for my taxi or minibus by credit card?

Yes, but only if you pay through PayPal before you travel. Your other option is to pay your drive in cash, on the day.

  • Do you do school runs?

Yes, we would be happy to discuss your requirements. We can pick you child or children up on a morning in plenty of time to get them to school and, should you wish, we can collect them when school is over.

  • How much notice do I have to give?

At least 24 hours if you book a vehicle with us online. If you need to travel with less notice please ring us on the number above and we will try to accommodate you.

  • If I book you to collect me from the airport and my flight is delayed, will I be charged extra?

We advise our clients to tell us their flight numbers so that we can monitor its progress. We only send a vehicle out once we know your plane is due to land so our original quote stands.

  • How will your driver know where to find me at the airport?

Our drivers are experienced in airport pickups. Armed with your mobile phone details they will telephone you once you land and arrange where to meet.

  • What licenses do your drivers hold?

Our drivers hold all necessary licenses, are registered with the local authority and security vetted.

  • Do you do corporate work?
